Email us to have it deleted.

Refunds

PDF programs: full refund if you have not downloaded within 7 days of purchase. VIP: refund within the first 3 days. Email us with your order code.

Health notice

Keep provides general information, not medical advice. If you have a heart condition, high blood pressure, are pregnant, have recently given birth or had surgery, ask your doctor first. Stop if you feel sharp pain, dizziness or shortness of breath.
